Nexa Assistant blocks a small number of specific request categories, regardless of how they're framed. This page explains what's blocked, why, and what happens if a request is flagged.
Blocked categories
| Category | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Weapons & explosives | Instructions for making bombs, IEDs, or any device designed to harm people |
| Drug synthesis | Instructions for manufacturing illegal drugs, chemical weapons, or poisons |
| Malware & hacking tools | Writing malware, ransomware, exploits, or other tools designed to attack systems |
| Jailbreak attempts | Trying to bypass these rules through roleplay, "developer mode" framing, or prompt tricks |
No framing changes this
These categories are blocked regardless of stated purpose — fictional, educational, or otherwise. There is no phrasing that unlocks an exception.
What happens when a request is blocked
When a message is flagged, Nexa Assistant stops generating a response and shows you which category was triggered rather than continuing. Enforcement escalates with repeated attempts — in particular, jailbreak attempts are logged, and repeated attempts increase restriction duration each time.
