Is there a public Nexa API?
Not yet. See Nexa API for the current status.
Do NexaBot, Nexa Assistant, and Nexa Convert share an account?
No. Each product is independent — signing in to one doesn't affect the others.
Is NexaBot's AI chat the same as Nexa Assistant?
No — mentioning NexaBot in a server triggers a separate, lighter chat feature built into the bot itself. It doesn't share models, accounts, or memory with Nexa Assistant. See What is NexaBot for more.
Why isn't NexaBot responding when I mention it?
AI chat requires your server's owner to have reached level 10 in the official Nexa Studio Discord server — not level 10 anywhere else, and not anything on your part as a member. See What is NexaBot for the full explanation; this is the most common reason it seems unresponsive.
Can I turn off NexaBot's economy or leveling system?

Why can't NexaBot moderate a specific member?
The most common cause is role hierarchy — NexaBot can only act on members whose highest role sits below its own. See Adding NexaBot to a Server.
What's the difference between Nexa Assistant's Free and Pro tiers?
Free gives you 30 messages per day across six models; Pro would raise that to 500 across ten models, but Pro isn't purchasable yet. See Accounts & Limits.
Does Nexa Convert upload my files anywhere?
No — every tool in Nexa Convert runs locally in your browser. See Nexa Convert Overview.
Why does Background removal or Watermark (AI mode) take a long time the first time?
The underlying models are downloaded to your browser on first use (around 200MB) and cached after that. See Background Removal and Watermark Removal.
My Nexa Assistant request was blocked — can I appeal?
