Nexa's uptime and incident history are tracked on a status page powered by Atlassian Statuspage.
Check here first during an outage
If something across NexaBot, Nexa Assistant, or Nexa Convert looks broken, the status page is the fastest way to check whether it's a known, ongoing issue rather than something specific to you.
What it shows
- Current operational status of Nexa's services
- A history of past incidents, including start/resolution times
- Subscribable notifications for future incidents
Where to find it
The status page is hosted externally on Statuspage and is linked from the Nexa Dashboard and from Nexa Assistant.
