Errors
This page covers the real, current error conditions surfaced by Nexa Assistant. Since a public API doesn't exist yet, this isn't a REST error code reference — it documents what you see in the interface itself.
Nexa Assistant errors

Nexa Convert has no server errors
Since Nexa Convert runs entirely in your browser, there's no server error surface — issues there are local (e.g. an unsupported file format, or a slow model download on first use).
General troubleshooting
- Assistant not responding — check the Status Page for an ongoing incident before assuming it's your account
- Dashboard shows stale data — sign out and back in to reset the session
- NexaBot not responding to commands in Discord — confirm the bot's role sits below your own in the role hierarchy and that it has the needed permissions (see Adding NexaBot to a Server)
