Models

Nexa Assistant offers ten models split across two tiers. Each has a distinct focus — there isn't one "best" model, only the best fit for what you're doing.

Nexa PrimeA real step up in quality
Nexa ApexAs good as it gets
Nexa LabNewest, still rough around edges
Nexa SightCan read images you send

Pro models are visible in the model picker but require a Pro account, which isn't purchasable yet — see Accounts & Limits.

Effort levels

Independent of which model you pick, you can set an effort level:

EffortBehavior
LowFastest, lightest responses
BalancedThe default — a middle ground
HighSlower, more thorough responses

Effort affects your daily limit

Higher effort levels can cost more than one message against your daily limit. See Accounts & Limits for how that's calculated.
